The GuardTack 1 Cleanroom Access Mat – Medium Tack Non-Sterile Blue is a peel-off contamination control mat designed to help capture dirt and particles from footwear and wheeled traffic before entering controlled environments.
The medium-tack adhesive provides a higher level of dirt capture than low-tack alternatives while still allowing free movement across the mat. This makes GuardTack 1 suitable for use at entrances to cleanrooms, gowning rooms, air showers and entry hallways where contamination control is important.
Each mat contains 30 individually numbered LDPE peel-off sheets, allowing contaminated layers to be removed quickly to expose a clean surface. The sheets are coated with a water-based acrylic adhesive and are designed for straightforward installation and replacement.
The GuardTack 1 is available in three sizes and the blue version is supplied in packs of 8 mats. This provides a practical contamination control solution for a range of cleanroom entrances and controlled areas.
