SureGuard 1 Disposable Cleanroom Coverall with Integral Hood – Sterile is a single-use, sterile cleanroom coverall designed for controlled environments where sterile protective clothing is required. Suitable for cleanrooms up to ISO 14644-1 Class 5, it is also suitable for cytotoxic work.
The coverall is manufactured from white microporous polypropylene with a polyethylene laminate fabric, providing a practical combination of protection, comfort and cleanroom suitability. The integrated hood provides additional coverage, while latex-free elastic at the hood, wrists and ankles helps provide a secure fit.
A front zip closure with an adhesive dual-layer covering flap helps cover the fastening area, while reinforced underarm and crotch areas provide additional durability during use. The anti-static construction further supports use in controlled laboratory and cleanroom environments.
The SureGuard 1 is CE marked to PPE Category III, Type 5 and 6 and is available in sizes S to XXL. Each coverall is individually packed, with 25 individually packed coveralls supplied per case.
The sterile version is gamma irradiated to a minimum 25 kGy cycle and has a 2-year shelf life from the date of manufacture, making it suitable for organisations requiring sterile, single-use cleanroom clothing as part of controlled gowning procedures.
