The TSC TS/15-B Sterile Blue Sponge Sampling Kit is designed for environmental monitoring, hygiene testing and cleaning validation in laboratories and regulated manufacturing environments. Each kit contains a sterile 50 cm² blue cellulose sponge pre-moistened with 10 mL of neutralising buffer and supplied in an easy-open stomacher pouch, allowing samples to be collected, transported and processed within a single container.
The neutralising buffer is formulated to neutralise residual disinfectants and sanitisers that could inhibit microbial recovery, helping to improve the accuracy of environmental monitoring programmes.
